Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large green peppers
1 lb. hamburger
2 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tsp. chopped garlic
1 small can tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Wash and core peppers; set aside.
Fry hamburger (break up while cooking) with onion, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Drain.
Mix well with cooked rice.
Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
Combine with 1/2 can tomato sauce.
Mix well.
Fill peppers to mound on top.
By tablespoon add remaining tomato sauce to cover top of mixture.
Place peppers close together in a baking dish with water just to cover bottom of dish.
Bake, covered, 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven until peppers are done.
