Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sliced zucchini
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/4 c. cracker crumbs
    1 Tbsp. diced onion
    1/4 c. canned milk or half and half
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)
Preparation
    Cook until soft the zucchini with diced onion.
    Beat eggs and add canned milk or half and half, melted butter, sugar and cracker crumbs. Add the egg mixture to the cooked zucchini along with grated Cheddar cheese.
    Mix well and pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
