Shipwreck Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 6 medium potatoes
    1 medium onion
    1 medium green pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
    1 or 2 cans tomato soup
    1 lb. ground beef
Preparation
    Slice potatoes; place in greased casserole dish.
    Add salt and black pepper.
    Crumble raw ground beef over potatoes.
    Slice onion and green pepper; spread over ground beef.
    Spread kidney beans over onion and green pepper.
    Cover all with tomato soup.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
    Top with cheese, if desired.
