Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. water
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/3 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 medium size can sliced pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Cream butter; add sugar, beaten egg yolks and vanilla.
    Stir together flour, baking powder and salt; add to first mixture alternately with water.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
