Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. nuts, chopped well
4 apples, grated coarse

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients; set aside.
In another bowl, beat eggs. Add oil and vanilla.
Mix this into dry ingredients.
Add nuts last.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
