Mushrooms Florentine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. melted butter (oleo)
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    1/4 c. chopped onions
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms in small amount of butter.
    Line shallow buttered casserole dish (10 x 10 x 1 1/2-inches) with defrosted and drained spinach, to which salt, butter and onions have been added.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 the grated cheese and arrange mushrooms on top.
    Cover with remaining cheese.
    Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
