King Crab A La Helen - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen King Crab legs, cut in 1-inch chunks
sherry
1 tsp. salt
1 c. whipping cream
1 lb. Bel Paese or Muenster cheese
Preparation

Place crab chunks in lightly buttered shallow casserole or skillet.
Sprinkle with sherry and salt.
Pour cream over crab to just cover the bottom of the skillet.
Sprinkle heavily with cheese (shredded).
Heat until cream is bubbly, then run under the broiler to melt and brown the cheese.
