Quick German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 or 6 medium potatoes
4 slices bacon
2/3 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of celery soup
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. pimento
Preparation

Cube the boiled potatoes.
Cut the bacon into 1/4-inch strips and cook with the onion until bacon is crisp and onion is tender. Stir in and mix well the cream of celery soup, vinegar and chopped pimento.
Pour this over the potatoes and mix.
Reheat in oven at serving time.
