Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped pecans
12 oz. sharp or medium sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
12 oz. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. mayonnaise
1 small onion, grated
dash of cayenne pepper
Preparation

Mix well and put into greased* mold.
Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours.
Serve with crackers and strawberry preserves.
