Pork Tenderloin Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. pork tenderloin (lean, if possible)
    6 eggs
    1 stalk celery
    1 c. pecans
    2 large pimentos
    2 or 3 sweet-sour pickles
    1 small onion
    salad dressing
Preparation
    Boil pork tenderloin until tender.
    Let it stand in the liquid until cool.
    Drain and cut into pieces.
    Hard-boil eggs; cool. Slice eggs and celery.
    Chop pecans, pimentos and pickles.
    Slice onion fine.
    Mix all ingredients together and mix with your favorite salad dressing.
    I usually use a boiled dressing made by Kraft.
