Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped fine
2 celery stalks, chopped fine
1 small jar pimentos
1 can beef consomme soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. water
Preparation

Put rice in a large mixing bowl and add all other ingredients. Mix well.
Pour into buttered casserole.
Cover dish and cook for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Remove cover and cook 30 minutes longer.
