Potato Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 medium potatoes
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1/2 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 Tbsp. parsley
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cook potatoes until almost done; dice.
Mix all other ingredients.
Put in a 2 or 3-quart casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
