Dutch Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes, sliced
    onions, sliced
    bacon slices
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    The amount of potatoes and onions is determined by size of casserole used.
    Place potato and onion slices in cold water; let stand 10 to 15 minutes.
    Cover bottom of casserole with bacon slices.
    Fill casserole 2/3 full with potato slices.
    Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
    Fill remainder of casserole with onion slices; sprinkle with salt.
    Top with bacon slices.
    Cover; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
