Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 large potatoes, diced
    1 medium onion, diced
    5 to 6 ribs celery, diced
    1/2 lb. bacon, pan-fried
    2 to 3 cans chopped clams with juice
    1 can evaporated milk
    3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Peel potatoes; dice into a large pot.
    Cover with water and boil until done.
    Chop onion and celery.
    Pan-fry bacon, onion and celery in a separate pan.
    When done, crumble bacon.
    Add 3 tablespoons flour or so; cook until thick.
    Put celery, onion, bacon and flour mixture in pot with potatoes.
    Add evaporated milk and chopped clams with its juice.
