Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz. can pink salmon
    1/4 c. liquid from can
    1 egg or egg substitute
    6 to 8 crackers, crushed
    1/2 c. salsa
    corn meal
Preparation
    Mix liquid, egg, crackers and salsa. Flake salmon and add to mixture (discard bone and skin). Coat patties with cornmeal and fry in small amount of oil 7 to 8 minutes each side. Serves 6 to 7.
