Ingredients

1/2 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk
Preparation

Mix
cocoa, cornstarch, sugar and salt.
Add beaten egg yolks, then milk.
Cook until thick, stirring constantly with wire whisk.
Add
flavoring
and
pour
into baked pie shell. Cover with meringue made from egg whites.
