Halibut Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 potatoes, cubed
    2 carrots, sliced
    1 tsp. dill
    1 bay leaf
    2 c. water
    1 lb. halibut
    1/2 c. white wine
    1 tsp. parsley
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Simmer all ingredients except halibut, wine and parsley for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Add chunks of halibut, wine and parsley.
    Cook for 10 minutes.
    Add 2 tablespoons flour to 1/2 cup milk.
    Stir until smooth and add to chowder to thicken.
