Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bell pepper, cut in strips
    1 onion, cut in strips
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 small can pineapple tidbits
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 pkg. slivered almonds, toasted
Preparation
    Slice chicken in strips and brown in oil.
    Add pepper and onion and cook until tender.
    Stir in soup, soy sauce and pineapple tidbits with juice.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Put almonds on cookie sheet in 350\u00b0 oven for 3 to 5 minutes to toast. Serve chicken over rice and sprinkle with almonds.
