Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
2 c. fine bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 c. minced onions
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. beef broth
Preparation

Combine meat, bread crumbs, eggs, milk, onions, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Form into 3/4-inch balls, using little pressure. Place on cookie sheets; bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Before serving, place meat balls in heated beef broth.
Yields approximately 90 to 100 meat balls.
