For The Sunday Brunch Bunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. eggs
    1/2 stick melted butter
    1/4 c. milk
    4 strips bacon
    1/4 c. green peppers, diced
    1/4 c. green onions, sliced
    1/2 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1/4 c. white sherry
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp; crumble.
    Beat eggs; add butter and milk.
    Mix well.
    Spread in a 9 x 13-inch greased glass baking dish.
    Mix all remaining ingredients, except cheese, together and spread over egg mixture.
    Top with cheese.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake uncovered at 250\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Serves 6.
