Ed'S Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large avocados
    1/2 small onion, minced
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    3 Tbsp. lime juice
    2 cloves minced garlic or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    8 to 10 green olives
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cut avocados in half and remove seeds.
    Mash and add rest of ingredients.
    Chill for 1/2 hour and serve.
    Great with tortilla chips.
