Spinach Strawberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 bunch spinach
1 pt. strawberries (fresh)
1 small onion, chopped (optional)
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. vinegar
1 to 2 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. poppy seed

Preparation

Clean and tear spinach; clean and half or quarter strawberries.
Set aside to crisp.
