Keftehes(Greek Meatballs) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground meat (1/2 pork, 1/2 beef)
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 medium diced onion
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 Tbsp. mint
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. crushed dried ???
    2 tsp. vinegar
    flour
    oil for frying
Preparation
    Mix meat and onion in bowl.
    Add all ingredients (except flour and oil) and mix thoroughly.
    Dust hands with flour.
    Roll small amount of meat into ball (like meatballs).
    Fry in oil until browned on all sides (about 12 minutes).
    Serve hot.
    Makes 25 to 35 meatballs.
