Carrot Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. salad oil or less
    1 c. sugar or less
    2 whole eggs
    1 c. self-rising corn meal
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Mix corn meal, flour, cinnamon and sugar together.
    Beat eggs well and add oil.
    Add to dry mixture and mix well.
    Stir in carrots and pecans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown (about 45 minutes or more).
