Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. raw peanuts
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Karo syrup
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
-
Cook first four ingredients over medium heat until the peanuts stop popping.
Remove from heat and add baking soda.
Stir baking soda into mixture thoroughly.
Pour onto buttered cookie sheet. Cool, then break into pieces.
