Spaghetti Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. spaghetti (7 oz.)
    1 tsp. butter
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/2 lb. cottage cheese (small curd)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/3 c. chopped scallions or green onions
    1 tsp. minced or chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti as directed on package.
    Saute beef in butter until brown, then add tomato sauce, salt and pepper.
    Remove from heat.
    Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, scallions and green pepper.
    In square 2-quart casserole, spread 1/2 of spaghetti, then cover with cheese mixture.
    Add remainder of spaghetti and pour melted butter over the top.
    Spread tomato meat sauce over the top. Chill.
    Remove from refrigerator 20 minutes before you intend to bake.
    Then, bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
