Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 heaping Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. tapioca
4 c. sliced rhubarb
Preparation

Soak rhubarb in first 3 ingredients for 1/2 hour os so until well coated and saturated (no liquid needed!).
Sprinkle a teaspoon or so of tapioca in bottom crust before adding rhubarb mix.
Dot with a few pats of butter then add top crust with air slits.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for additional 30 to 50 minutes.
