Broccoli Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small onion, diced
1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. margarine
1/2 c. milk
1 c. Cheddar cheese
12 oz. broccoli (frozen), thawed or fresh
3 beaten eggs
Preparation

Brown onions in margarine in skillet.
Add flour and milk; stir until thick.
Stir in cheese and mix in broccoli.
Stir in eggs and pour into casserole dish.
Top with fine bread crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until firm.
Cauliflower works too!
