Maple Pralines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. maple sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Boil sugar, maple syrup and milk together until it forms a soft ball in cold water.
    Add butter and cream of tartar.
    Beat until creamy.
    Add pecans and vanilla.
    Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper.
