Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. sliced carrots
1 medium red onion
1 small bell pepper
1 can tomato soup, undiluted
1/2 c. salad oil
3/4 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Cook carrots until just tender.
Chop onion and bell pepper. Mix all together and allow to marinate one hour or longer.
Sauce can be used over salad or chicken can be added and eaten with rice as a casserole.
