Hungarian Pork(Makes 6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices boneless pork loin
    salt
    freshly ground black pepper
    flour for dredging
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1/4 c. diced bacon
    1/4 c. diced green or red peppers
    2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Pound the pork slices lightly with a flat mallet.
    Sprinkle them with salt and pepper.
    Dredge them in the flour.
    Heat the oil in a large frying pan and when it is hot, add the pork slices. Cook for 2 minutes on each side.
    Transfer the pork slices to a serving plate and keep them warm.
