Popovers For Two - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth. Place 4 well-greased muffin cups in oven at 425\u00b0 for 3 minutes or until water sizzles when dropped on them. Remove cups from oven and fill half full with batter. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and bake an additional 20 minutes.
    Serve hot. Makes 4 popovers.
