Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Veg-All, drained
    1 small can sliced water chestnuts drained
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. oleo, melted
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar
    3/4 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Mix first six ingredients.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Top with crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
