Zesty Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cauliflower (2 to 2 1/2 lb.)
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cumin powder
    1 tsp. cumin
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. paprika (for color, optional)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice (more if desired)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Serve hot as a side vegetable, or at room temperature as an appetizer.
