Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion
    1 bell pepper
    1/4 c. celery
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; add onion, celery and salt and pepper to taste.
    Grease a deep pie plate and put meat mixture in it.
    Add cheese on top.
    Mix Bisquick, milk and eggs.
    Pour over meat mixture and bake 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
