Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
    1 Tbsp. oil
    salt
    pepper
    1 can Veg-All or mixed vegetables
    1 Tbsp. BV sauce
    1 c. Cheddar, shredded
    1 tsp. flour
    French fried onions
    soy sauce (optional)
    1 lb. ground beef
Preparation
    Toss together oil, salt, pepper and hash browns.
    Line pie pan with mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until brown. While baking, brown the ground beef.
    Add the Veg-All, BV sauce and soy sauce.
    Mix flour into Veg-All juice.
    Add half the cheese and 1/4 cup French fried onions and mix together.
    Pour on top of potatoes.
    Bake 10 minutes.
    Sprinkle the rest of the cheese and onions on top.
    Bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted on top.
