Spinach Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bags frozen spinach, thawed and drained
    4 eggs
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix eggs, cottage cheese, 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and garlic; blend well.
    Mix in drained spinach.
    Put in no-stick or sprayed pan and put the 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Better to bake too long than too little.
    Cool and cut into bars.
