Quick Chili Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. can tomatoes
    3 stalks celery
    2 medium onions
    1 medium green pepper
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 whole cloves
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients in heavy skillet; bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes. Mix sugar, spices and salt. Add with vinegar to first mixture. Simmer, stirring often, 30 minutes or until thick. Makes 4 (1/2 pint) jars.
