Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head cabbage, cut up in 4 c. water
    ground beef
    1/2 c. rice
    chopped onion
    chopped green bell pepper
    1 large can tomato sauce
    1 large can stewed tomatoes
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning spice
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Boil cabbage for 5 minutes.
    Form meat balls with ground beef; roll in rice.
    Drop meat balls in boiling cabbage.
    Cook 5 minutes and add the rest of ingredients.
    Cook for at least 1 hour, covered, over medium heat.
