Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 (7 1/4 oz.) can pink salmon
    1 egg
    red or black pepper
    juice of 1 lemon
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/3 c. catsup
    1 egg white, slightly beaten
    1 c. cracker crumbs, finely rolled
    3 Tbsp. corn meal
Preparation
    Combine 1 cup cracker crumbs with remaining ingredients, except egg whites.
    Shape salmon mixture into patties.
    Put on cookie sheet and put in freezer for about 1 hour; do not freeze. Take out.
    Beat egg whites; dip patties in egg whites, then roll in cracker crumbs.
    Fry in deep fat.
