Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 can pumpkin
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cloves
2 (12 oz.) cans evaporated milk
Preparation

Beat eggs lightly.
Stir in remaining ingredients in order. Pour into unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie shells.
Bake 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 40 to 50 minutes or until center is cooked.
Cool. Serve with whipped cream.
Makes 2 (9-inch) pies.
