Cookie Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. buttermilk
    2 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
    2 small cans mandarin oranges, drained well
    1 pkg. fudge striped shortbread cookies, crushed
Preparation
    In a large bowl stir the buttermilk into the pudding mix. Fold in the Cool Whip then the mandarin oranges.
    Refrigerate to chill.
    Fold in the crushed cookies just before serving.
