Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. peppercorns, crushed
    10 (4 oz.) boneless strip steaks
    1 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. rosemary, crushed or 1/4 c. fresh, chopped
Preparation
    Prepare grill or broiler.
    Combine crushed peppercorns and rosemary in a bowl.
    Press pepper mixture into both sides of steaks.
    Grill or broil 4 minutes per side for medium done meat.
