Braised Lemon Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops (3/4 to 1-inch thick)
salt and pepper
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
6 lemon slices
Preparation

Brown chops in skillet; season with salt and pepper.
Combine catsup, water and brown sugar and pour over chops.
Cover tightly and cook slowly on top of stove or in oven at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until meat is done.
Makes 6 servings.
