Ingredients

2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. buttermilk
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Sift flour, baking soda, salt and sugar into mixing bowl. Combine eggs, buttermilk and melted butter.
Stir into flour mixture just to moisten flour.
Do not overmix.
The batter will have a few lumps.
Dip batter with a 1/4-cup measure to get pancakes of uniform size.
