Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 stick margarine
    1/4 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar and margarine.
    Add flour, milk, vanilla and coconut.
    Pour into greased pie pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
