Pauline'S Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes, cut in squares
    carrots, cut up
    celery, cut up
    onion, cut up
    8 c. water
    12 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 large can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Cook all ingredients, except evaporated milk, until potatoes are tender.
    Sorta mash them a little.
    Add pepper and evaporated milk; heat thoroughly.
