Fried Potato Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 slices bacon, fried crispy
    potatoes, peeled and diced
    2 slices bread
    2 eggs
Preparation
    A bucket filled with salt walter.
    Pull back corn husks; remove the silk and replace the husks.
    Tie each with kitchen string and soak in the salt water 15 minutes.
    Place corn ears directly on the grill.
    Cook until husks are brown, about 20 minutes for a large ear.
    Test by pricking a kernel; the juice should be clear (not milky).
    Do not overcook.
    Slather with butter and salt.
