Italian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. grated Romano cheese
    1 Tbsp. fresh minced parsley
    1 clove minced garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. olive oil
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix beef, bread crumbs, eggs, cheese, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Form into balls.
    In a large skillet with hot olive oil, cook meatballs over medium flame until well browned on all sides.
