Kiwi Sherbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. syrup (at 32~ baume)
2 lemon juice
1 orange juice
8 kiwis, pureed

Preparation

Strain and add to cool syrup.
Put in machine.
Add Italian Meringue.
